AWS Managed Services

AWS Infrastructure, Designed and Operated End to End

From a first Well-Architected review to ongoing day-two operations, we cover architecture, deployment, security and cost optimization across the AWS stack - as one connected engagement, not a handoff between separate teams.

01Why AWS With Us

Built on AWS's Own Best Practices

Every environment is checked against the same bar, whether it's new or one we've taken over.

  • Well-Architected by default

Every design decision is checked against AWS's Well-Architected pillars reliability, security, cost, performance and operational excellence before it ships. That review isn't a one-time checkbox; it repeats as the environment grows.

  • Cost accountable from day one

Reserved Instance and Savings Plan decisions come from actual usage data pulled from Cost Explorer, not guesswork or a vendor's rule of thumb. You see the tradeoffs before committing, not after the invoice arrives.

  • Security built in

IAM least privilege, GuardDuty threat detection and Security Hub findings are part of the baseline configuration, not something bolted on after an audit flags a gap. Encryption at rest and in transit is the default, not an option you have to ask for.

  • Container-native where it fits

ECS and EKS workloads are sized and autoscaled for the traffic you actually have, not a generic template pulled off the shelf. Where a container platform doesn't make sense for a workload, we say so instead of forcing it in.

  • Full observability

CloudWatch dashboards, centralized logging and alerting are wired in from the start, so an incident shows up as an alert rather than a support ticket from a customer. Metrics are tied to the services that matter to your business, not just raw infrastructure health.

  • Ongoing operations

Support doesn't end at go-live we operate what we build, including patching, capacity review and incident response. Most engagements move into a standing operations retainer once the initial build is stable.

02What's Included

What Our AWS Managed Services Cover

The full surface area of an AWS environment, managed as one connected system.

  • Compute & Containers

EC2, ECS, EKS and Lambda are sized and autoscaled for real traffic patterns rather than worst-case guesses. Instance types and container resource limits are tuned against actual load, then revisited as usage changes over time.

  • Managed Databases

RDS, Aurora and DynamoDB are configured with automated backup, multi-AZ failover and performance tuning appropriate to your query load. Read replicas and caching get added where they solve a real bottleneck, not by default.

  • Storage & CDN

S3 lifecycle policies move data to cheaper storage tiers automatically, CloudFront handles distribution at the edge, and Glacier archives what you need to retain but rarely access. Storage cost tracks actual access patterns instead of staying flat forever.

  • Identity & Security

IAM roles and policies, GuardDuty threat detection, Security Hub findings and encryption are configured across every layer of the account, not just the parts an auditor is likely to check.

  • Networking

VPC design, subnet segmentation, Transit Gateway and Direct Connect are set up for the hybrid or multi-account connectivity your teams actually need, with security groups and NACLs scoped tightly rather than left wide open.

  • Monitoring & Logging

CloudWatch dashboards, alarms and centralized log aggregation give your team one place to look during an incident, instead of piecing signals together from a dozen consoles under pressure.

  • Cost Optimization

Rightsizing, Reserved Instances and Savings Plans are reviewed on a recurring schedule, not a one-time audit, so spend keeps tracking actual usage as workloads change.

  • Migration & DR

Application and database migration plans come with a tested disaster recovery strategy, including defined RTO/RPO targets and a runbook your team can actually follow during an incident, not just a document in a drawer.

03How We Work

How We Deliver AWS Managed Services

The same structured process whether we're building a new account or taking over an existing one.

  1. 01

    Assess

Review the current account, architecture and cost baseline, or design one from scratch.

  2. 02

    Architect

Design a target environment scoped to your workload, budget and compliance needs.

  3. 03

    Implement

Build and deploy through code that's version-controlled, reviewed and repeatable.

  4. 04

    Operate

Ongoing monitoring, cost review and support once the environment is live.

04AWS FAQ

Common Questions About AWS Managed Services

  • Both. We regularly step into existing AWS environments, reviewing IAM, cost and architecture before proposing any changes, as well as designing new accounts from scratch.

  • Yes. Rightsizing, Reserved Instance or Savings Plan evaluation and storage lifecycle changes are applied incrementally and validated against your workload before rollout.

  • Yes, including AWS Organizations, Control Tower guardrails, consolidated billing and cross-account IAM roles.

  • Our engineers are AWS Certified and work across AWS, Azure and GCP as a core focus rather than one of many platforms handled part-time.

  • After an initial account and architecture review, most engagements move into active management within a couple of weeks.
